RETURNS POLICY

 

SALE ITEMS

 

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

 

RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn,  unwashed and with tags attached. If items are returned and do not meet these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit when returned to us within (20) days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.


FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. Please email us within 7 days of receiving our order. We require your order number, images of the fault and a small description to hello@casasunday.com

If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

Return postage costs and exchange postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless Casa Sunday reasonably agrees the item is faulty.

Please notify us by email at hello@casasunday.com stating item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
